I loved the spacious gym with a well-maintained indoor pool and the amazing cocktails crafted by Aurelien at the bar. Plus, the breakfast had great options! I’d totally choose this spot again, but the room felt a bit different than expected—cozy but tight on space.

Solo traveler enjoying a splurge
The staff were super nice, especially the doorman who made me feel welcome right away! Oh, and I had a fresh fruit bowl waiting in my cozy room which was a nice touch.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable for the experience.

Prime location in Marylebone, access to a high-quality fitness center, luxurious pool facilities
Crammed bathrooms could really use better layouts to enhance comfort!!! Small room sizes make it hard to relax. Consistent noise from nearby elevators and cleaning staff is quite distracting as well!!!

We had an amazing time at this hotel, especially appreciated the complimentary walking tour of the Marylebone area. The room was modern with a comfy bed, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, catering to our kids' needs very well.
In my wife’s opinion, the restaurant should be open longer for families after a day out.

Had a lovely stay with a great touch of luxury, especially enjoying the indoor pool and sauna. The only hiccup was that the price jumped when I checked again for my next stay, which made it a bit tricky. I'd recommend giving the on-site restaurant a try for a delicious meal! 🌟

The chic lobby, surrounded by lush greenery and stylish furniture, created a welcoming and serene escape from the bustling London streets. It was perfectly designed for accessibility, making it easy for seniors like me to navigate.
More comfortable seating in common areas would be nice.
